The Westin Indianapolis, Indianapolis

My stay at the Marriott was delightful! The room was very nice and incredibly soundproof, I hardly heard any noise from the hall or neighboring rooms. However, the bathroom was a little cramped. The staff, especially down the halls, were great and helpful, making our experience amazing, even celebrating my daughter's birthday with a surprise. The location was super convenient, close to local eateries, shops, and the Convention Center. The dining experience was marginal, with placement issues, but I did enjoy the fish and chips. Overall, a great value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.

Upon arrival, we were surprised with an upgrade to the Mayor's suite, which was a bit deceiving but still nice and clean. The rooms were among the cleanest we have ever reserved. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location was ideal, centrally located in the downtown area with convenient access to attractions. The dining experience was a bit slow and directionless, but the homemade cakes were a treat.

Staff were great and helpful, going above and beyond. The location couldn't have been more ideal for a casual stay, attached to Circle Centre mall. Dining had some issues with slim options, but overall a pleasant experience.
